Anyone can cook, proper nutrition is what our body need.
I had risen up to Corporate Level of Chef/HIC/NIMS 700, and you know that I find that some of the greatest Chefs are not there.
Here is why:
They are Harbored by too much Corporate BS, that do no listen to their employees when that have amazing ideals.
Need to De-hassle all your employees 1st, then you can figure out what is what is wrong with the process. <Never assume.>
All apologies, worked alongside some of the most amazing R.D.s. & Chef’s in the Nation, still makes no sense to me.
